Join a curator-led panel discussion featuring exhibiting artists and a guest panellist from the University of New England (UNE) as part of the 6th Tamworth Textile Triennial, Nature Machine. Bringing together diverse artistic and academic perspectives, the panel will examine how textile practices carry cultural memory, transmit craft knowledge, and foster connections between people, materials, and place. Discussion will focus on the relationship between hand, body, and machine, considering how traditional textile techniques are being reinterpreted through contemporary technologies and creative innovation.
