Regional Teacher Training Workshop

An opportunity for 20 visual arts teachers from schools in the Tamworth region. Luke Thurgate, exhibiting Artist in Dobell Prize '23 will conduct these workshops.

Teachers from the Tamworth region are brought together with their peers and offered an opportunity to improve their own drawing skills.

The workshops also offer a forum for discussing new approaches and ideas for their classrooms.

This workshop aims to have a multiplier effect with visual arts teachers returning to their students with fresh perspectives and new techniques that benefit students.
