Join regional artist Peter Toth in a unique two-hour workshop exploring the art of calligraphy.
Discover how to use brush and ink as Peter demonstrates traditional calligraphy techniques.
Experiment and bring your own creative process to life.
Peter Toth, a multi-disciplined ceramic artist renowned for his innovative sculptural forms, brings decades of experience and artistic exploration to this brush-making workshop. With a formal education that began at Box Hill Technical College, where he earned a Certificate in Applied Arts specialising in ceramics, and an Associate Diploma of Art and Design majoring in Finished Art Ceramics,
Peter’s foundation combines technical expertise with imaginative creativity.
Peter’s works have been acquired by institutions such as Box Hill TAFE and Box Hill Council, as well as international collectors in Japan, and are featured in numerous private collections. His artistic journey has included showcasing his ceramics in group and solo exhibitions across Melbourne’s art centres and galleries, with recent features at Weswal Gallery and Tamworth Regional Gallery.
