In this engaging workshop, you'll learn how to deconstruct images and transform them into exciting new works of art.
Bring a photo of yourself, your favourite celebrity, or a beloved character, and we'll guide you in using various collage techniques to elevate your creation to the next level. Collage is a dear favourite of many modern art periods. Learn how to create your own amazing imagery using upcycled images, scissors and glue stick.

Workshop Activities:
- Create personalised artwork using symbolism
- Design an artwork to tell a story
- Learn techniques of brush strokes and mark making
Materials Provided:
- Paint pen
- Paint
- High quality paper
Artistic Outcomes:
- Students will learn how to deconstruct and reconstruct images in order to change and develop their meanings.
- Learn how to upcycle and maintain a sustainable practice.
- Create an artwork that tells a story that is important to them, or their favourite celebrity/character.
- Develop the ability to create conceptual art.
- Create their own artwork to take home.

Session 1 10.00 - 11.00 For infants + early primary students
Session 2 11.30 - 1.00 For primary students
Session 3 2.00 - 4.00pm For high school
