Led by local local musician Brookie Gillette, the Gallery Choir provides an opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds to get together an d sing! Neuroscience proves that singing connects the neural pathways in the brain differently and releases endorphins, making people healthier, happier, smarter and more creative. It is also loads of fun! The Plant Sensibilia Machine is a large-scale hand-operated dyeing machine. Derived from contemporary and historic dyeing systems, it brings the dyeing process out of the studio and into the public realm. Lengths of fabric, pre-printed with metal salts (mordants), are ¬¬¬rotated through the dye-bath.
